About The Position

Shiny Go Clean is expanding and hiring independent house cleaners (solo or teams) in Madison and nearby neighborhoods. This is a 1099 contractor role. We are looking for A-level cleaners with an eagle eye for detail, who are punctual, great communicators, and treat customers exceptionally well. We handle clients, bookings, and billing, allowing you to focus on cleaning and getting paid weekly. We do not provide supplies or insurance.

Requirements

• Good attitude
• Fluent in English
• 3+ years professional cleaning experience (no side hustlers)
• Your own car, valid WI license
• Full cleaning kit: vacuum, mop, duster, cloths, etc.
• Willing to travel around Madison, 25-mile radius
• Comfortable as a 1099 contractor
