About The Position

4Leaf Services is a new, agile freight brokerage seeking elite, self-sufficient Independent Agents. We offer a completely open customer house list, allowing agents to bring and manage lucrative direct shippers without internal competition. We provide the authority, bond, insurance, back-office support, and software, enabling agents to run their business independently. Agents will operate as 'cradle-to-grave' operators, maintaining and growing shipper relationships, managing the complete load lifecycle including pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.

Requirements

• Active Book of Business: Must have at least one active, direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Proven Track Record: At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales (with transferable accounts) and carrier dispatch experience.
• Fully Experienced: Zero training is provided. You must know how to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously.
• Home Office Infrastructure: Must own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.
• Location: Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
