About The Position

Avail Health & Behavioral Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable, motivated, and compassionate Direct Care Provider to join our registry network as an independent contractor. In this role, you will provide one-on-one home and community support for a young adult in their 20s on the autism spectrum. Client A requires community engagement such as bowling, swimming, playing games at the arcade, or going to the movies. Client B requires bathing and grooming reminders, mild behavioral support for self-inflicted injuries, and community engagement like going to the park. If you are a caregiver, ESE teacher/aide, or college student majoring in a related field, this would be a great side hustle to collect extra hours. These shifts are very flexible, and we are happy to work with your schedule. Avail Health & Behavioral Solutions, LLC was created to assist individuals who process life differently and struggle to function in a world that is not always built for them. At Avail, people are not reduced to a file or a diagnosis. Instead, they are seen, heard, and valued. Every challenge is met with understanding and real solutions, and every client is treated with dignity and respect. At the end of the day, we care about our clients and take pride in knowing that the work we do makes a difference in their lives.
