We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing painting and light drywall repair work in the Cornwall area. This role involves interior apartment painting, wall and ceiling touch-ups, light drywall repairs and patching, sanding, priming, and finishing, as well as turnover punch-list corrections.

Requirements

• Proven experience with residential painting and drywall patching
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Valid WSIB and liability insurance
• Clean, professional workmanship
• Ability to meet set timelines
