About The Position

NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established Fort Wayne, IN operation. This is a consistent weekday opportunity requiring a large SUV or minivan and servicing several communities throughout northeast Indiana. We believe every delivery is more than just a drop off—it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

Requirements

Must possess a large SUV or minivan with adequate cargo space for the route.
Vehicle must be a 2017 model year or newer.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
Successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process including: Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.

Ensure packages are picked up and delivered safely and on time while maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
Utilize GPS or mapping software to efficiently navigate your assigned territory and complete deliveries within required timeframes.
Greet customers with professionalism and warmth while providing friendly, dependable service at every stop.
Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays, route changes, or address issues to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
