About The Position

NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established South Bend, IN operation. This is a consistent, high revenue opportunity requiring a Large SUV or Minivan. We believe every delivery is more than just a drop off—it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Large SUV or Minivan.
• The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Own a vehicle that can pass a multi point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
• Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre employment process before beginning work, which includes a Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.

• Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
• Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
