About The Position

NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a new dedicated pharmacy delivery route within our established Indianapolis, IN operation. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a reliable car looking for a consistent weekday schedule while providing exceptional service to healthcare customers. Requirements

• Candidates must possess a reliable car.
• The vehicle must be 2013 model year or newer.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
• Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Successfully complete our pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes: Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prescriptions and other pharmacy deliveries are picked up and delivered safely and on time while maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and professionalism.
• Utilize GPS or mapping software to efficiently complete scheduled deliveries, return trips, and secondary deliveries as needed.
• Provide courteous, dependable service while interacting with pharmacy staff and customers.
• Adapt quickly to changing delivery requests and maintain timely, accurate deliveries throughout your shift.
• May need to sort pharmacy orders to ensure delivery accuracy.
