We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle the sales, client communication, billing, and collections - so you can focus on doing what you do best. We are currently looking for established Independent Contractors to service our commercial clients in the region. Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required)
- Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably
- Professional cleaning equipment and supplies (or ability to obtain)
- General liability insurance (required)
- Workers’ compensation coverage (as applicable)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and accountability
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities
- Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control

Responsibilities
- General janitorial services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal)
- Restroom cleaning and sanitation
- Breakroom and common area cleaning
- Floor care (hard surface maintenance, basic care programs)
- High-touch surface disinfection
- Periodic services (deep cleaning, detailing, specialty tasks as needed)
- Nightly or scheduled recurring service (typically 5x per week or as defined)
- After-hours work in occupied facilities
- Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team
- Follow defined scopes and specifications
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail
- Deliver inspection-ready results
- Executing consistently at a high level
