Requirements

• MUST HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE
• Prior commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Hendersonville, TN area
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexible availability, including evenings and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial janitorial and cleaning services at assigned client locations
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface and carpeted floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all client sites
