Requirements

  • High School Diploma minimum required.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a product integration and/or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 70 pounds.
  • Required to stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
  • Proficient in MS Office products to include Excel and Windows desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact required.
  • A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service.
  • Competent Technical Writing Skills.
  • Ability to format data for basic analysis.
  • Willingness to complete training courses and pass exams for required competence training.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming materials including inventory or internal product deliveries; notify the warehouse manager for unacceptable or incomplete receipts.
  • Complete data entry for each material receipt identifying each item with a purchase order line item.
  • Forward received inventory and receipt traveler to inventory warehouse or internal purchaser, and forward the receipt traveler to Accounts Payable.
  • Complete NCM or Material Discrepancy reports for return or disposal processing.
  • Serve as a backup person for Quality Assurance and Final Inspection Control.
  • Serve as a backup person for Warehouse
  • Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
  • Communicates with manufacturing, engineering, and program management to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies.
  • Investigates problems and develops corrective actions for recurring discrepancies including a root cause analysis for any corrective actions that take place.
