About The Position

As the Inclusion and Belonging Manager, you’ll help bring Best Buy’s inclusion and belonging strategy to life across the business. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives, build strong partnerships, and help create experiences where employees and customers feel welcomed and valued. You’ll work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into action, manage key projects, and use insights to drive meaningful results. If you enjoy collaborating, influencing change, and delivering work that makes a real impact, this role is for you. This is a hybrid position based in our Corporate Office in Richfield, Minnesota. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of the Corporate Office.

Requirements

3 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy, HR, inclusion and belonging, or a related field
3 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
Experience developing presentations, communications and recommendations for leadership audiences
Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and project deliverables
Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver key Inclusion & Belonging programs and initiatives from planning through execution
Build relationships with partners across the company to align priorities and drive results
Create presentations, communications, and materials for senior leaders and strategic planning efforts
Help shape more inclusive customer experiences by collaborating with teams across the business
Manage the Inclusion & Belonging budget, reporting, and operational processes
Use data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
