About The Position

As an Inclusion and Belonging (I&B) intern, you will gain a deep understanding of how our team works together and across the enterprise to cultivate an inclusive culture at Best Buy. You will support the I&B team with our stakeholder engagement initiatives and key data and measurement initiatives. This internship will also give you the opportunity to develop industry-related skills in a professional environment, network with Best Buy employees and explore a wide variety of career paths. This internship runs from June to August 2026. This role is on site, which means you would be required to work on site at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You’ll be asked to come into the office 3 days per week. This internship does not have the potential to lead to a full-time opportunity. Housing will not be provided. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Requirements

Must be participating in Best Buy Teen Tech Center Career Pathways program
Must be able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (and the occasional Monday or Friday) between the hours of 8:00am-5pm
Must be able to commit to the internship start and end date of 6/15/2026 - 8/7/2026
Must be able to commit to being no more than 2 hours driving distance from the Minneapolis Corporate Campus - 7601 Penn Ave South Richfield, MN 55423

Responsibilities

Monitor external research, industry trends, reporting, and public policy to inform Inclusion & Belonging strategy and identify strong peer practices.
Use partnerships and online resources to surface, synthesize, and share relevant insights.
Support program evaluation by tracking mentorship participation, demographics, and mid‑program survey data.
Build internal relationships to understand I&B efforts across teams and strengthen collaboration.
Assist with ERG, FIN, and other internal or external Best Buy events.
Contribute to community sponsorship operations and provide support for ID&E data requests
