Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in an office support role (required)
Responsibilities
- Reviewing incoming waste manifests for compliance and distributing appropriate manifest copies to designated personnel.
- Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
- Develops and utilizes procedures and tracking systems for manifest discrepancies upon review
- Ensures incoming manifest completion is accurate and distributes manifest copies to appropriate locations
- Responds to customer questions or issues related to waste manifests
- Ensures manifest discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner and are filed with the manifest
- Provides backup support for onsite EHS in the event of an absence as needed
- Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
