About The Position

As an Incident Response SME, you’ll bring your strategic planning, tactical response, risk mitigation, and defense mission expertise to work alongside thought leaders in CBRN defense and resilience frameworks on projects for the client. You will leverage your skills in incident response planning, scenario development, crisis management, and cross-domain collaboration to address challenges in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility ( AOR ) . Requirements

  • Experience developing and implementing incident response plans targeting natural disasters, biological hazards, or emergent threats
  • Knowledge of crisis management principles, tactical and strategic preparedness frameworks, and incident response planning methodologies
  • Ability to coordinate and execute high-impact readiness exercises across multi-domain environments, including international and partner nation engagements in the INDOPACOM AOR
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience advising high-level leadership in defense-focused operational resilience and CWMD-related initiatives
  • Knowledge of Combatant Command operations processes and CWMD doctrine
  • Ability to integrate cross-agency inputs into comprehensive plans and deliver actionable intelligence-backed recommendations
  • Master’s degree in a related field such as Military Studies, Emergency Response, or Risk Management
