About The Position

This role serves as an escalation point for SSL certificate requests, addressing issues that arise during certificate issuance from the Network Operations team. Additionally, the position will support the PKI project by collaborating with customers and stakeholders to migrate endpoints to a different certificate authority. Responsibilities include network troubleshooting across layers 2-7, incident response, request fulfillment, change management, and DevOps practices.

• DHCP/DNS/IPAM (DDI)
• iNFOBLOX
• Ansible
• Microsoft DNS/DHCP
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for SSL certificate requests.
• Assist the Network Operations team with certificate issuance issues.
• Support the PKI project by migrating customer endpoints to a different certificate authority.
• Perform network troubleshooting (Layer 2 to Layer 7).
• Engage in Incident Response.
• Handle Request Fulfillment.
• Participate in Change Management.
• Utilize DEVOPs principles.
