The Incident Management Specialist (IMS) will work in collaboration with the Director of Quality Assurance (Director of QA), the Quality Assurance team (QA team) and Programs to manage the development, implementation, and review of incident management frameworks to ensure the facilitation of best practice across all parts of the organization. The focus will be on establishing and improving systems and processes to monitor and reduce the incidence of adverse events and enhance client and staff safety. In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above. East House considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
