About The Position

Supports the administration, analysis, and integrity of retailer and salesperson incentive programs processed on Subaru of America's (SOA's) Incentive Compensation applications including integrations with Oracle, Pinnacle Debit Cards, and other SOA system applications. Audits and reconciles incentives program calculations and payments against announced program eligibility rules and resolves issues with field staff and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • H.S. Diploma and equivalent work experience in lieu of degree Required
  • 2-4 years Required
  • Ability to work closely with all levels of Sales, Region, and Zone staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate level of supervision.
  • Solid technical aptitude and proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Administers, supports, and implements monthly and quarterly national and regional incentive programs on incentive software applications (such as Pinnacle, Retailer Monthly Bonus [RMB], Finance & Insurance [F&I], Coupon System, and others). (15%)
  • Audits retailer incentives to verify accuracy and eligibility (including sales adjustments, sales certification, and other rules) and works with manager and field to resolve issues prior to payment. (15%)
  • Audits sales and other adjustments from retailers through review and approval of documentation in accordance with business rules. Reverses misreported sales and charge back incentives paid when appropriate. (15%)
  • Maintains responsibility for incentive software platform (PerformX/Foundations) administration including program and payee rules setup and ensuring system security integrity. (15%)
  • Performs general what-if scenario financial modeling on potential programs as requested by Subaru of America (SOA) sales management. (15%)
  • Assists Incentive department management to support PerformX or other incentive application enhancements including execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and other review procedures. (15%)
  • Reviews, balances, and uploads PerformX incentive files and other Retailer Interface programs to Oracle Commission, Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Accounts Payable (A/P) tables. (10%)
  • Troubleshoots and analyzes incentive program issues in coordination with Field Operations and Regional staff and ensures proper resolution of retailer questions, issues, or chargeback transactions. (5%)
