The role provides insight, guidance, and assurance on incentive metric and plan feasibility. This position leads a team responsible for incentive data validation and user acceptance testing, while personally engaging in high value consulting: translating complex incentive mechanics into clear insight, influencing plan metric/design decisions, and enabling confident leadership decision making.
