About The Position

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced full-time APP (NP or PA) with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in providing primary care in a remote environment. This role will partner with multiple primary care clinics in answering In Basket messages. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a high-volume capacity. APP to support with in-basket management and virtual Telehealth appointments for acute care needs, new patient onboarding, TCM support, and AWVs for select Virginia Beach locations.

Requirements

Active NP or PA license.
2+ years’ experience as APP in Primary Care.
Licensed and present in the state of Virginia.

Ability to work independently in a high-volume capacity.

Responsibilities

Answering In Basket messages for multiple primary care clinics.
Providing virtual Telehealth appointments for acute care needs.
Assisting with new patient onboarding.
Providing TCM support.
Conducting AWVs (Annual Wellness Visits) for select Virginia Beach locations.
