Inbound Specialist (Inventory) Location: Bethlehem, PA, USA - 3769 Commerce Center Blvd. Shift: Monday to Friday, 4am-12:30pm . Overtime is mandatory when required. Shift subject to change based on the needs of the business. Full-time, permanent. Day to day you will be helping your team improve the overall process of the building and the individual team members.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience operating power equipment (Reach Truck, Order Picker) required– must be able to become certified and maintain certifications
  • MS office at a basic level
  • RF scanner experience
  • Willing to learn internal systems and follow processes
  • Must be a positive change team member that demonstrates responsibility, passion and commitment to the success of the team and individuals
  • Good critical thinking skills with the ability to see the “big picture” , be proactive, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Must have the ability to time manage, pay close attention to detail, and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment with competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of related experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
  • Internals must have at least 6 months in current position to qualify
  • JDE software experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support various receiving related functions in both the office & the warehouse
  • Analyze reports, determine actions necessary, meet deadlines
  • Assist in cycle count reconciliation
  • Communicate with internal customers, through e-mail, phone, in person and in writing
  • Investigate & research various inventory related issues
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to assist in overall success of the center
