This is a high-impact, consultative appointment closing role where every conversation has the potential to change someone’s confidence and quality of life. You will be working exclusively with high-intent inbound leads, guiding them, building trust, and bringing them in for an in-person hair health consult. This role is for closers who want ownership of their number, control over their income, and a path to grow. The environment is performance-driven with high expectations, and success is measured on results, not activity. HairClub is investing heavily in its inbound engine, sales process, and people, creating a platform for top performers to earn more, grow faster, and take on bigger opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle appointment setting responsibility—from first call through close
  • Converting high-intent inbound leads at a high rate
  • Building trust quickly through consultative, needs-based selling
  • Handling objections with confidence and emotional intelligence
  • Consistently outperforming KPIs for conversion, revenue, and efficiency
  • Creating a seamless transition from digital experience to in-person consultation
