About The Position

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in converting leads and providing exceptional service to prospective partners. You will engage with inbound leads, conduct consultative sales calls, and guide partners through the onboarding process. Your expertise will ensure a smooth transition into the program and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of the program.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process ensuring a seamless integration.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
