Acuren is currently recruiting for an Inbound Sales & Commercial Coordinator to serve as the commercial engine room for the Western Canada Business Development team. This role owns the full inbound sales funnel from lead triage and qualification through deal progression support and CRM integrity while also driving event coordination, content management, and marketing collaboration. The Inbound Sales & Commercial Coordinator acts as the primary operational partner to the Western Canada BD Manager and broader BD team, ensuring no lead goes cold, no deal goes stale, and no opportunity falls through the cracks. Success in this role requires proactive ownership, disciplined follow-through, clean data, and the ability to move fast in a high-volume commercial environment. This role is on site in our Edmonton office. In 2027 this role will be based in Sherwood Park as the office is moving. Full time permanent role, 40 hours/week. Travel may be required for events and client engagement.
