We are hiring Remote Inbound Sales Agents with backgrounds in premier retail and customer service (e.g., Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, Costco) who excel at building world-class experiences through listening, educating, and making customers feel cared for. This role offers a fully remote career with significant earning potential and professional growth, moving from high-touch service on the sales floor to a remote environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment (e.g., Apple, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney).
- Genuinely upbeat attitude, strong active listening skills, and the ability to connect naturally with people.
- Comfort navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while maintaining a warm, fluid conversation.
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried roles.
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly roles.

Responsibilities
- Welcome inbound shoppers who have started their search in the app, building trust and engagement over the phone.
- Translate complex insurance details into clear, easy-to-understand choices, uncovering policy nuances, discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options.
- Listen to customer hesitations, resolve concerns with empathy and patience, and simplify the insurance purchasing process.
- Guide customers to finalize their ideal policy, ensuring they feel confident in their coverage.
