About The Position

We are looking for motivated individuals who strive to deliver industry-leading customer service and who can assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers. Phone Sales Agents sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs. There is no outbound/cold calling involved, and we are not high-pressure sales! This position allows you to WORK FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME while helping other auto enthusiasts just like yourself!

Requirements

Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee or Texas.
Possess an interest in the automotive industry.
Willingness to learn.
Passion for excellent customer service.
A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from.
Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems.
Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet.
Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers.
Willingness to “go to work” for our customers.
Existing high-speed internet connection required.
