Your Role at Delta Faucet Are you a bold, results-oriented leader who has a history of developing strong teams while delivering outstanding results? The Inbound Fulfillment Leader will provide leadership to our Material Services Team to achieve exceptional results in a positive, people-first manner. Teach, coach, and develop leaders and staff across all shifts. Responsible for all operational activities and results for the Material Services Team. Build and execute successful strategies to get results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Continuously look for ways to improve and encourage and mentor your team to drive improvements every day. In this role you will have responsibility for the receiving, inventory and staging of component material in the Jackson Plant supporting Faucet Production in a Just in Time environment. This leader will work to develop and execute long term, future state material flows for components coming into the Jackson Plant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes, including inventory auditing, product slotting and inventory optimization.
  • Experience with Inventory Management automation such as Vertical Lift Machines and AGVs/AMRs preferred.
  • Experience leading projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong development/mentoring background.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results under pressure.
  • Focused on continuous learning and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or related software applications.
  • Flexibility to support all shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Management functions include mid to long range planning for project coordination, leading improvement activities and supporting Group Leaders’ execution of day-to-day operational processes.
  • Maintains targeted safety, quality, delivery, and cost levels by monitoring Key Performance Indicators to track success and/or recurring problems.
  • Develop, execute and scale strategy to utilize autonomous mobile robot (AMR) fleets to deliver and stage components.
  • Build and implement plans to improve targeted goals.
  • Maintains and promotes safety as a culture so that safety and health standards are met.
  • Assures compliance to all local, state, and federal rules and regulations as they relate to labor, environment, and safety.
  • Achieves business results in a collaborative environment.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership support to staff members.
  • Make sure SOPs are always followed and utilizing appropriate methods.
  • Working closely with Production Leaders, ensure production has the materials they need at the planned times.
  • Promote a culture of 5S and Continuous Improvement.
