About The Position

As a Seasonal Inbound Fulfillment Associate at Blue Nile, you will support the fulfillment of online jewelry orders by managing processes such as receiving, selecting, packaging, and shipping merchandise. You will work in a fast-paced, multi-function environment alongside teams in Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain, maintaining high standards of quality, care, and workmanship.

This is a seasonal, full-time-hours position supporting the Fulfillment Team. Strong overtime availability is offered from November through December, with expected overtime potential across October, January, and February. The base pay range is $17.50–$18.50 per hour; final pay is determined based on experience and qualifications. Blue Nile will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

Requirements

• High school degree, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems.
• Desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectations.
• Understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Acquire complete knowledge of packaging-area processes and operations, and be able to work with current and new staff.
• Receive incoming shipments and arrange deliveries in designated areas.
• Pack merchandise for delivery.
• Support the department manager with daily office needs and general administrative tasks.
• Support the team in processing and completing purchase orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
