Home Paramount is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Personnel for an Inbound Customer Service Representative position. The primary responsibilities involve taking inbound calls in the call center handling various customer service issues. Requirements
- Ability to work within a team atmosphere.
- Call center experience a plus but not required.
- Experience performing/delivering high quality customer service to customers.
- Any sales experience a plus.
- Ability to solve problems and present information clearly to customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service and inside sales calls from multiple sources.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport.
- Convert new customer inquiries into sales by identifying solutions and upselling opportunities for existing customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with every contact with potential and current customers.
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
- Provide a positive customer service/sales experience that will retain and promote customer loyalty in accordance with company processes and policies.
