ComplyRight, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative to join their team in Pompano Beach, FL! This is a hybrid role based in Pompano Beach, FL, with in-office time on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Requirements

A high school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in a customer service related field
Strong communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer and data-entry skills; experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling customer concerns
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays, as needed
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist customers regarding new and existing orders via telephone, email and web tickets
Develop product/compliance expertise to effectively assist customers
Accurately enter order information following detailed order-entry procedures
Answer questions on pricing, order status, inventory, and more.
Support & consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions.
Document and own follow-up on customer issues or requests that require further investigation to resolve
Communicate effectively with supervisor/team to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Support both our Direct and Reseller Customer Service call centers
