The Account Representative I is responsible for managing and expanding an existing book of business through inbound demand and account management sales motions. This role focuses on driving incremental revenue growth by identifying expansion and add‑on opportunities within current customer accounts. This is a quota‑carrying role with clearly defined performance expectations and strong historical quota attainment across the team. The Account Representative I partners closely with internal stakeholders to deliver value‑based solutions that support customer success and long-term retention.
