Requirements
- Comfortable being on camera and speaking to an audience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, energetic personality
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability (evenings and/or weekends preferred)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
Responsibilities
- Host and present live casino games on camera (Blackjack, Roulette and other)
- Engage with players in a fun, professional way
- Explain game rules and announce winners
- Deal cards, spin the wheel, and manage the flow of the game
- Keep the energy up and create an entertaining experience
- Maintain a confident and camera-ready presence
