About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check their quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products across perishable and non-perishable departments for online customer orders.
• Check product quality and ensure order accuracy.

• Coordinate order needs with team members and adapt to changing order volume and priorities.
