About The Position

As an In Store Shopper (also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk), you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check their quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You organize orders for pickup, carefully bag items, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple orders while balancing speed and accuracy.
• Comfort adapting to changes in order volume and priorities.
