About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You help ensure orders are accurate and groceries are fresh.

You also organize orders for pickup, carefully bag items, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady-paced environment that involves moving throughout the store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy and adapt to changing order volumes and priorities.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
