About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join their team as In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representatives. This role involves engaging with customers in national home improvement retail stores to generate appointments for their home services team. The company is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Requirements

  • Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
  • Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or Business to Business
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
  • Ability to stand and walk during shifts
  • Weekend and some holiday availability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
  • Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
  • Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers inside national home improvement retail stores generating appointments for our home services team by promoting HVAC services, system tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
  • Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift.
  • Hours are managed accordingly.
