About The Position

Ace Home Services is hiring an In-store Sales Appointment Setter to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores. This role involves engaging shoppers and scheduling Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements, as well as setting appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups. The position is based in-store at partner locations and is not a remote or call-center role. The ideal candidate will represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy.

Requirements

Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort approaching customers in a retail environment
Reliability, integrity, and a team-first mindset
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Previous sales, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience
Strong attention to details
Conscientious, team player
Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
Clear background check and drug screen
