In-Store Representative (Lead Generator)

The primary role of the Lead Generator is to engage with customers at retail locations and generate sales leads for our HVAC department. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude is required for this role. The Retail Sales Associate will set appointments and book free consultations for our customers!
Requirements
- Previous Sales, Retail, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional tone
Responsibilities
- Become a brand ambassador by understanding client needs through consulting and providing solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Develop an understanding of HVAC products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to educate them on the company’s services.
- Set appointments with customers to conduct free estimates for replacement or maintenance services.
- Seek new sales leads through prospecting and providing exceptional customer service.
