About The Position

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference. You will engage customers directly on the retail floor, share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way, and listen to customers' needs to guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle. You will become the in-store expert, driving brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations. The role requires delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience, finding creative ways to engage customers, building strong working relationships with store teams, and handling customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality. You will also flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in retail or financial services.
  • Comfortable meeting sales targets and pursuing ambitious goals.
  • Friendly, personable, and skilled in customer acquisition and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and active listening abilities.
  • High integrity and professionalism, especially with confidential information.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check.
  • Passion for ongoing learning and development through training and coaching.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement.
  • Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information.
  • Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
  • Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback.
