About The Position

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference. You will engage customers directly on the retail floor, share the benefits of financial products (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way, and listen to customers' needs to guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle. You will become the in-store expert, driving brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations. The role requires delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience, finding creative ways to engage customers, building strong working relationships with store teams, and handling customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality. You will also need to flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
  • Customer service or sales experience an asset
  • Comfortable delivering key messages
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Work well independently and within a team
  • Comfortable completing a criminal background check
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license
  • A natural connector who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations
  • Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them
  • Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement
  • Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
  • Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
  • Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback
