About The Position
We are looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager. You will be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, but you will also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself. You will support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly. Health & Safety is our No.1 priority, so you will be on top of monitoring and managing this – not just for yourself, but for all others on site.
Requirements
- Experienced team manager
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience of cleaning
- Experience with stock management
- Experience with time recording
- Experience dealing with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management
Responsibilities
- Supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service
