About The Position

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. We offer flexible hours; weekend availability is required. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. This role involves engaging with customers in a retail store environment, approaching shoppers, understanding their home comfort needs, educating them about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions, and generating qualified leads to schedule in-home consultations or service appointments. You will represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically, working towards individual and team lead-generation goals while providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
Ability to stand and walk during shifts
Weekend and some holiday availability
Reliable transportation
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Nice To Haves

Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
No HVAC experience needed
