This position reports to the Ground & Spaceflight Operations in Blue Origin’s Blue National Security business unit. As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of professionals, you will be responsible for training those working all aspects of flight operations including flight ops engineers, fellow instructors, AI&T, and engineering support. The training team is essential to ensuring consistent, repeatable, and reliable mission support. In this role, you will design, develop and execute the lessons, training events, and rehearsals (including nominal and off-nominal simulator scenarios) needed to ensure our mission operations are effective and highly successful. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and reliable spaceflight.
