About The Position

This role is the face of the shop, responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and making fast, accurate sandwiches. Between orders, the team member will maintain cleanliness and ensure the shop runs smoothly. The company emphasizes a fast pace and a friendly environment, offering training for those who are quick on their feet.

Requirements

• 16 or older
• Able to communicate clearly with customers in English (in-person and phone orders)
• Comfortable on your feet all shift including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone
• Make sandwiches to recipe, quickly and accurately
• Run the register and handle payments accurately
• Keep tables, floors, stations, and restrooms clean
• Complete shift checklists honestly and completely
