About The Position

We’re seeking a full-time In-Shop Mechanic to help keep our trucks and equipment running safely and efficiently. This position is based at our Goodhue shop, where most work is performed indoors, with occasional support for field repairs as needed. Regular hours are typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with extended hours during peak seasons (April, May, June, October, and November). Overtime, evenings, or weekends may be required during peak seasons or equipment breakdowns. If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, and working as part of a team, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet all company safety requirements

Nice To Haves

• Ability to obtain and maintain Class A or B CDL is preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on fleet vehicles and equipment
• Independently assess repair needs and determine effective temporary or long-term solutions to minimize downtime
• Serve as a back-up to the Mobile Service Mechanic, including performing field repairs or operating the service truck as scheduled or needed
• Clearly communicate with drivers and supervisors about repairs and equipment condition
