About The Position

The In Seat Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the In-Seat environment during Nuggets games. Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction delivering food ordered from the application for the first 16 rows. Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations, card every guest, every time. Run to guest seats (up and down stairs during the game) the preordered food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer. Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium. Support the service staff by helping role silverware prior ot doors opening. Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned including putting out QR codes on all seats. Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, alcohol service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests while carding every transaction.
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
Ability to carry trays full of up to 10 beverages and food while negotiating walking guests, cheering crowds, stairs, and seating areas.
Ability to work all seasonal Nuggets events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
Ability to move between guest seating areas and up and down stairs for each delivery.
Two (2) to three (3) years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club, catering, or restaurant.
Must be available for 65% of all Nuggets games on the schedule.

Responsibilities

Support the service staff by rolling silverware prior to doors opening.
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned, including placing QR codes on seats.
Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.
Card every alcohol transaction.
Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations.
Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
