Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
One year minimum of experience in Food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment.
Computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Luxury hotel experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties.
Ensure that all in-room dining orders are prepared and delivered promptly and according to guest specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms hallways to ensure that in-room dining trays and dishes are collected promptly.
Inspect daily set-up, presentations and delivery amenities.
Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.
Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
