The In-Room Dining Server delivers a personalized and elevated dining experience, ensuring each order is presented with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role combines hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism—creating seamless in-room experiences that reflect the thoughtful service standards of the property.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a hotel or upscale environment
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, and balance trays up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push carts and move equipment throughout the property
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive service tasks

Responsibilities

  • Take and process in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
  • Set up trays or tables in guest rooms according to service standards
  • Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented to The Greenleigh’s standards
  • Provide a warm and engaging guest experience during all interactions
  • Retrieve trays and equipment from guest rooms and hallways promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations with professionalism
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
