About The Position

Onsite in Chandler, AZ Direct Hire Opportunity Target salary range: $24.00/Hourly This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.) Responsibilities: Perform routine in-process dimensional and electrical inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other basic tools Interpret engineering drawings and written work instructions to evaluate product conformance Execute accurate recordkeeping and inspection documentation Use precision measuring and electrical test equipment per established inspection procedures Conduct and document First Article Inspections (FAIs) as required Perform In-Process Surveillance Audits to ensure manufacturing compliance Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word) and enterprise systems like Agile and Visual for reporting and tracking inspections Communicate inspection results clearly; interface with customer quality representatives as needed Support departmental goals by prioritizing tasks to reduce production delays Attend off-site training to maintain inspection certifications (e.g., IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610) Maintain flexibility to work across departments or shifts as business needs require Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or quality lead Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 1–3 years of mechanical or in-process inspection experience Familiarity with mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications Certifications: IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001 certifications preferred Skills: Basic math, verbal, and written communication skills Computer literate; experience with MS Office, Agile, Visual (or similar platforms) Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs Able to read and write in English Benefits: PTO 401K Health Insurance (medical, dental, optical) Tuition reimbursement Parental leave (mothers, fathers, and adoptive parents) In addition to the benefits, you’d expect we also offer flexibility, stability, and prosperity: A bonus payment for all associates, paid quarterly, based on performance and behavior metrics. 70 years of trend setters & trail blazers with new products. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of mechanical or in-process inspection experience
  • Familiarity with mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
  • Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Basic math, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Computer literate; experience with MS Office, Agile, Visual (or similar platforms)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Able to read and write in English

Nice To Haves

  • IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001 certifications preferred
