About The Position

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCB”s). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. FSP Personnel are responsible for performing, deburring, component installation, plugging, and inspection of printed circuit boards and assemblies to ensure all requirements are met.

Requirements

Have good eyesight and had eye coordination.
Be able to work with small tools and implements.
Be able to work under a microscope for extended periods of time. For example, 6 or more hours per shift.
Be able to sit for long periods of time.
Have a basic knowledge of PCB inspection techniques, equipment and terminology.
Possess basic reading, writing and communication skills.
Employee must be a team player, flexible, organized, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Position requires the ability to follow instructions and readily accept additional responsibilities.
Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
High school education or equivalent and a minimum of one-year of PCB and/or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Follow department work instructions and adhere to customer and industry stands for printed circuit board workmanship.
Visually check PCB per blueprint and perform operations according to traveler work instructions.
Identify and recommend disposition of defective items for rework or scrap.
Move completed product to final inspection.
Complete all documentation as required.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
