About The Position

Brightways Counseling Group is seeking experienced Licensed Therapists to provide in-person therapy services from their own office locations as independent contractors. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want to maintain or grow an in-person practice while gaining access to consistent referrals, insurance partnerships, and administrative support - without taking on the full operational complexity of building and managing every aspect independently.

Requirements

Must reside in the state of Oregon
Must hold an active Oregon clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Minimum 3 years of in-person clinical experience using evidence-based practices
Experience working with any age group (children, adolescents, or adults)
Ability to maintain a compliant private practice setting
Successful background check
Must provide an office location in Oregon
Your space should be a private, fully enclosed room suitable for confidential therapy (not a shared or open setting)
Your space should be a consistent, dedicated location (not a rotating or ad hoc space)
Your space must have a verifiable physical address for credentialing - must be based in Oregon
Your space must meet HIPAA privacy and safety standards
Confirm professional liability insurance covering in-person services at this location
